Twin Systems Plc provides a fully managed service to the Harrow Green Group, the leading commercial relocation and business change organisation in the UK. Operating from a number of centres in the UK and and delivering services on a global basis. Twin Systems commenced service in February 2010 and began a swift and effective transition programme. Once the transition was complete a number of projects were highlighted as a priority these included the upgrading of all connectiveity between sites, the selection of a new supplier and the subsequent planning and implementation of this.

The Twin Systems Account team was an integral part of this process and was fully behind the decision to award the three year contract to BT. The project was high risk and involved the complete refresh of all lines and the transition of services and data to new locations all in the space of a weekend, whilst Harrow Green are expert in their field it is not with IP addresses and router configurations.

Twin worked closely with BT to make the project a success. Twin had a team at the three main Harrow Green Sites and the data centre. They worked closely with the BT team to iron out any last minute wrinkles to ensure all sites were up and running on Monday morning.

Brian Reid who led the project on behalf of BT had this to say:

Just  a  note  to  thank  yourself and your Team at  Twin Systems for  the additional significant  efforts  that were  invested  into  our mutual customer   ( a significant  business  removals  company  )  just a  few weeks  ago.

In  addition to the scope of  works  -  our operating  relationship  with   Twin Systems  was  pivotal to the successful and remarkably  trouble free  execution of a major  network  change  into  their new  Data Centre.

More  importantly  your  sense of humour  and  flexible  approach  to  some significant  obstacles enabled  everyone  to keep  to  timeline and anticipate  matters  excluded from  original  work specification.

all  happening at the same time  – I could not have been  happier  with the successful outcome.
