Our report will include any incidents undertaken throughout the month and recommendations to alleviate incidents or upgrade your network, where appropriate.

  • performance against your Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • connectivity of your central infrastructure
  • uptime of key applications
  • recommendations
  • license statistics.
