Lo-call number for un-local company
Twin Systems plc has a new suite of Lo-call rate telephone numbers. The ‘0845’ numbers are now in use and will replace the old ‘0870’s with effect of 1st November 2008.
The new contact numbers are:
Central/main contact number: 0845 3131 483
This number is to be used for all general, non-support, queries; including quotations, requests for information or to speak to any of internal departments (but not for the Service Desk).
Service Desk: 0845 3131 486
This is our main Service Desk contact number. Unless our clients have a dedicated telephone number*, then this is the one to call for any support issues, incident logging or tracking.
*Clients with existing dedicated telephone numbers will be contacted independently regarding amendments to their contact numbers before 1st November 2008.Fax number: 0845 3131 484
To be used for all business relevant faxes.
