Since April 2008 we have been piloting a regular (and fully transparent) monthly report with several of our full managed service clients.

We are now including these reports as an additional service for clients, upon request. By selecting to receive these reports, you can ensure that your business is receiving the appropriate level of service, in line with your contract. It will also help you to manage your requirements for the future.

We can also provide reports unique to your business, i.e. user satisfaction surveys, annual incident statistics and daily average analysis. These reports can be produced ad hoc, at an individually negotiated rate.
